Description:
“Everyone has a Right to…” All citizens of the US have rights guaranteed by law. People with developmental and intellectual disabilities have these same rights. Come learn about the manner in which PWDD have been oppressed in our history and how we may play a part in that. We will participate in some exercises that help us discover how we may change the system. We will also discover ways we can create opportunities to be supportive of those who are the object of rights limitations.
