Description:
This training will provide a review of Oregon laws governing surrogate decision-making: guardianship, conservatorship, advance directives, power of attorney, ISP teams, emergency care, and common practice. It will also examine the relationship between decision-makers and providers and suggest strategies for resolution of disagreements.
