Description:

Service Coordinators, Foster Providers, Residential and Vocational Staff interested in becoming able to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to obtain a Health Care Representative will need this class. Successfully completing this course provides the training necessary to appoint a team-named Health Care Representative for those unable to appoint their own Health Care Rep.  Others who are interested in learning more about Health Care Representatives are also welcome to attend as space allows.  This class has previously been provided by Seniors and People with Disabilities (SPD) medical or contract staff exclusively but Robyn as now been certified to provide this training by SPD and is offering it to Co-Op members.

Directions:
