Description:

Basic level course for people responsible to plan, track and help manage personal funds for individuals in DD funded residential settings (group homes and child or adult foster care). Lecture, handouts, lively open discussion and ledger practice.

Focus: critical money management issues & principles, OAR’s (or MCAR’s), ISP planning, ledgering, documentation rules, handling, avoiding financial exploitation PSI’s, payee expectations and other responsibilities.

This is not a course on investing!
