Description:
This sometimes humorous workshop addresses the effects of regulatory depletion, biological, specific neurological and behavioral issues that express themselves in our everyday lives, but have a profound impact on those aging with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This workshop was an invited presentation at the 2016 International Conference on Positive Behavior Support in San Francisco. It served as the “kickoff” to the conference strand on aging.
