Description:

The Red Cross first aid/CPR course aligns with OSHA’S Best Practices for Workplace First Aid Training Programs. The class cover:

  • First aid: learn how to respond to common first aid emergencies, including, burns, cuts, and sprains. Also learn how to identify and respond to sudden illness such as stoke, choking, shock, diabetic emergency, and heart attack.
  • CPR: Learn how to respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies, what to do upon arriving at a scene, and the proper method for giving breaths and compressions

Participants must demonstrate skill proficiency in front of our certified Red Cross instructor.
