[Short Notice] Training for Personal Support Workers on Using eXPRS

This is the first of a series of trainings and information for DD PSW and IC-PSW providers on for claims processing and payment in the eXPRS Payment System beginning July 1, 2014. This training will cover the information a PSW or IC-PSW will need to know to get ready for July 1st.

This training will be provided online, so participants will need access to a computer to pre-register and to participate/receive this training.

Q: Will there be other dates/times for this training available?

A: Yes, we are working on scheduling additional dates/times for this training. If you are not able to participate in the session on Tues, Apr 22nd, there will be other opportunities.

Q: Can I get the information in written form?

A: Yes, there will be written materials from this training made available to participants and emailed out after the April 22nd training session.

Q: The phone number in the training announcement doesn’t work?

A: The conference call-in phone number listed in the training announcement is to be used ONLY for the training session on April 22nd. Do not call that number prior to the training date/time.

Q: Is this training required or mandatory?

A: No, this training is NOT required or mandatory, but offered as a way to support providers in their transition to the new system / process in July.

Q: Is this training for provider organizations or agencies?

A: No, this training is targeted for individual Personal Support Workers (Domestic Employees and Independent Contractors performing personal support work) who work for individuals with I/DD. There will be other separate training sessions scheduled for provider organizations and agencies.
