Occasionally, our customers, providers or other interested parties need to get in touch with SDRI, or a particular staff member. As a service to our customers and providers, here is a list of ways to get in touch with us:

To reach SDRI via postal mail, or to visit us, please use the following standard address:

If you wish the mail to be routed to a specific staff member, please either include that information in the enclosed documents, or note the staff member's name on the first line of the address affixed to the envelope.

If you are unsure who you wish your mail to be routed to, or wish for us to determine the correct staff member, please use the standard SDRI mailing address.

SDRI is located in the Sylvan area close to the Oregon Zoo and to Raleigh Hills. We are located approximately one block north of Highway 26 (Sunset Highway), just off the Sylvan exit. Our street address is the same as our mailing address (see above).

The easiest way to reach SDRI, depending on traffic, is via Highway 26.

If you are coming from Portland, you will want to take Highway 26 west toward Beaverton/Hillsboro, and get off at the Sylvan exit.
Turn right on Skyline Blvd (you should be able to see the 1730 building almost immediately).
Turn right on Westgate Drive (just after the two gas stations).
Immediately turn left into the 1730 building parking lot.

If you are coming from Beaverton/Hillsboro via Highway 26, you will want to take 26 East toward Portland, and get off at the Sylvan exit.
Turn left on Skyline Blvd (you should be able to see the 1730 building almost immediately).
Cross over Highway 26 traveling north (up the hill, not down).
Turn right on Westgate Drive (just after the two gas stations).
Immediately turn left into the 1730 building parking lot.

You may wish to park on the north side of the building by the main entrance.
Suite 127 is just to the left of the main entryway (when facing south toward the stairs), on the left hand side of the hallway.

(Note: These maps show the location as being on the south side of Westgate Drive. In fact, the 1730 building is on the north side of Westgate. However, the building has a large 1730 sign on it, and is hard to miss when driving up skyline.)

If you're coming from the south (such as Wilsonville or Tualatin), you may need to either take I-5 north to 217 north/west then to 26 east, or totake I-5 north to 405 north and then 26 west.

If you are coming from southwest Beaverton or Tigard, you may wish to take Scholls Ferry Road the entire way (Scholls Ferry turns into SW Skyline when you cross Beaverton Hillsdale highway in Raleigh Hills).

If you're coming from Hillsboro, Tanasbourne, or West Beaverton, you may wish to take Canyon road all the way east. Rather than getting on 26, you will stay right to get to the Sylvan area amd turn left on Skyline, then right on Westgate, and left into the 1730 building parking lot.
Alternately, you can take Farmington road / Beaverton Hillsdale highway east to Raleigh Hills, turn left on Skyline blvd / Scholls Ferry road, cross highway 26, turn right on Westgate, and left into the 1730 building parking lot.

If you're coming from the north (such as Vancouver), you may need to connect with I-5 south, then 405 south, then 26 West.

Please keep in mind that our personal agents are often in and out of the office at meetings, and working with customers on a personal basis. If you are unable to reach the person you are calling for during our normal hours of operation, we ask that you leave a message on the individual's voice mail, and they will return your call as soon as possible. Or, you may dial 0 to be transferred to the operator for further assistance.
